Jency has developed strong expertise in the acquisition and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and domain names. She has advised and represented clients in securing registrations, managing portfolios, and enforcing rights against infringement. She began her career in the field of intellectual property at an IP agency in 2019, where she worked extensively on trademark and patent matters. In 2023, she joined R&P China Lawyers. Her work experience working for IP agency and law firm enables her to provide comprehensive and practical solutions to clients seeking to safeguard their intellectual property assets in China.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is a licensed lawyer in China. Jency is fluent in Mandarin and English.
